Welcome to Quality Fusion India!
Founded by Mr. N.M. Bhat, a veteran with over 40 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, Quality Fusion India emerged from a passionate desire to give back to society after retirement. Witnessing the profound challenges posed by the pandemic, particularly for food technology students who were struggling to secure internships, Mr. Bhat recognized an urgent need to bridge the gap between industry and education.
Understanding the difficulties faced by both students and university faculty during this unprecedented time, Mr. Bhat took the initiative to offer exclusive online training. This effort not only provided valuable knowledge but also paved the way for the creation of a national-level online internship program in food safety. By seamlessly blending industrial experience with regulatory compliance, Quality Fusion India was born on May 5, 2022.
Our mission is to empower the next generation of food technology professionals and enhance the expertise of working professionals in the FMCG industries. Narasimha Bhat (Founder-Quality Fusion)
M. Bhat is a seasoned Quality & Food Safety Consultant with over 42 years of industry experience in system implementation, audits, documentation, and training. As a certified auditor and FoSTaC trainer, he has collaborated with leading FMCG brands, regulatory bodies, and training institutions, ensuring compliance with global food safety standards. His expertise spans food & beverage, edible oils, dairy, cosmetics, warehousing, and distribution, with a strong focus on process optimization, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

Throughout his career, N. M. Bhat has worked with renowned organizations such as Marico Ltd. and Colgate-Palmolive, leading quality assurance, internal audits, and training programs across national and international operations. As a freelance consultant, he has been associated with CII, SGS, RIR, and IR Classes, offering auditing, documentation, and training services to businesses and professionals in the food industry.
With a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University, he is a subject matter expert in FSSC 22000 V6.0, ISO 22000 (HACCP), FSSAI regulations, and food safety documentation. His mission is to drive quality transformation, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance excellence across the industry.
Ruchita Soni
A Gold Medalist in Food Technology from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT), Nagpur, Ruchita Soni is a seasoned Food Safety & Quality Consultant with extensive expertise in FMCG, regulatory compliance, and system development. With certifications as an FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor, FoSTaC Trainer, and MSME-certified Lean Consultant, she specializes in food safety management, risk mitigation, supplier compliance, and process optimization.

NKS Naidu
An accomplished operations leader with 28 years of diverse experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and operational excellence. A Gold Medalist MBA in Industrial Engineering from IIM Mumbai (NITIE) and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, he has successfully led large-scale transformation projects, Lean Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives across multiple industries.
