Narasimha Bhat (Founder-Quality Fusion)

Mr. Narasimha Bhat has more than 42 years of experience as Quality Control /Quality assurance – Food Safety Expert in development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System and Environment, Occupational Health & Safety System ensuring full Compliance to Statutory & Regulatory and Customer requirements.

He believes in Client-centric methodology, promoting service excellence, corporate value addition and continuous development of process and resources; is a keen performer with a capability to achieve strong results and extremely high commitment levels.

He was a former Corporate Quality Assurance Manager – Quality audits & Trainings in “Marico Limited” and previously worked as Assistant Manager-Quality Assurance in Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd.

He has developed ‘Marico Business Excellence Model’ for plant assessment integrating QMS/FSMS and  essential features from Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award – U.S. Business Performance Evaluation Model

He has conducted Quality compliance audits for Marico owned plants National &International locations [Egypt, South Africa Bangladesh &Indonesia] and sub contract filling sites to maintain internal competition and achieving excellence.

External Audits to Saraf foods, Coke, SRDN[Horlicks], Goldie Masala, Wild Flavours and Jubilant food works [Domino’s Pizza] Umang Dairy -Gajraola, Uttam Dairy- Ahmedabad, Barbeque Nation – Mumbai suburban outlets, Natural Ice-cream -Mumbai.

Depot certification audits for Quality, Safety, Food safety & Engagement module – Pan India level to develop internal competition among CFAs for Business excellence.

He has also carried out  Distributors “Food safety /Safety – compliance audits” creating awareness of food storage & hygiene. Market Audits – On shelf Quality & Feedback, Product & Packaging benchmarking.

CSRV Prasad

He has 40 years of working experience. He was a former Head CQA (Quality Management systems and Packaging) in Marico Limited.

During this stint, he was leading Packaging Development, Systems Development , Process control, Audits, Vendor Management & Distribution chain Audits.

He has carried out implementation of internal Quality Certification modules at all Mfg. locations particularly international locations [ Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia & Vietnam] Developed and Established Vendor Management System, Spear headed Six Sigma projects, driving ISO 9001,14001,18001, HACCP, GMP and USFDA certifications at International Business Manufacturing locations. He has served for Indian institute of Packaging beginning of his career.

He has expertise in vendor selection, vendor management, Mould management and Artwork management. He has complete understanding of Personal care products (Hair oils, Hair gels, Hair creams etc.) Foods (Edible oils and Functional foods) mfg. Process & Quality Assurance systems.

Ganapathi P

Mr. P.P. Ganapathi has 29 years of working experience in the food industry ,namely wheat flour milling ,oil expelling and  refining ,  Spices – Direct and  Value added Spice blends ,Nuts -Direct and  Value added coated Nuts.

He was formerly the Head of Operations, Kaleesuwary Refinery Limited and Marico Limited Goa.

During his stint he was responsible in development & implementation of Quality Systems for Business Excellence. He being an FSMS lead auditor, has done Quality Systems audits in many factories of Marico, AVT-McCormick ,Wenders Cashew & Kaleesuwary Refinery.

He has also worked as EHS Leader for APAC with Diversey Hygiene INC, A Bain Capital Company, responsible for enterprise wide EHS programs covering Plants, Supply Chain, R&D, Facilities, Field and Sales.

Geetanjali Kumar

She has overall 15 years of experience in the field of QA/QC Department particularly laboratory She has been a part of organisations like Marico, Dehradun, Kevin Care Haridwar. She has her expertise in Laboratory testing, sampling and analysis. She is working as a QA manager at MG Shahani and Co, Selaqui, Dehradun (U.K.)

Dr. Anshul Sharma

He is a result-oriented professional with over 10 years of rich experience in the Statutory and Regulatory compliances of Food, FMCG, Personal Care, Oral Care & Ayurveda preparation. He has immense knowledge of various quality measures and quality techniques. During the tenure of his work with organisations like Dabur India ltd, Marico Ltd. he ensured compliance of FDA and FSSAI.He has his expertise in execution of New Product Development (NPD) including Formulation design & product approval from FDA/FSSAI.

Pratiksha Bhat

Pratiksha Bhat has expertise in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) writing and has developed SOP documentation for various organisations. She has also reviewed Application for Golden Peacock Award for MFSL. She supports administration activities of Quality Fusion India.

Mala Kotadia

Mala Kotadia is a Dairy Technologist by Qualification. Has been a part of dairy and food industry as a Quality Assurance and Quality Control for 4+ years. She currently supports Marketing activities for Quality fusion india

Priyanka Omprakash Suryawanshi

She has a working experience of 7 years in Food Industry. She has successfully completed about 100+ FoSTaC training sessions in Maharashtra and provided training to more than 2000+ trainee for food safety and hygiene. Provided Eat right training as well as BHOG (Blissful Hygenic Offering To God) training under FoSTaC to Places of Worship, Conducted hygiene training for mid-day meal projects.

Ruchita Soni

Food Technologist with deep expertise in bakery & confectionary. 8+ years of hands on experience in Quality Assurance and Food safety management systems from working with multinational brands like Britannia, Dukes and Mondelez. Specialize in contract manufacturing quality compliance, vendor management, competency building and continuous improvement processes.
